When we decided to buy a pool, we first went to Long’s Pool Center and were immediately impressed by the store and staff. However, we decided to shop around a bit. It didn’t take us long to come back to Long’s Pool Center, because no one else held a candle to the friendliness and professionalism that we had received while there. We have had our pool two years now and buy all of our products from Long’s Pool Center. They are very knowledgeable and build a relationship with their customers as well. When we decided to put in a pool in the Spring of 2015 we talked with several pool contractors and ultimately selected Long's Pool Center in Rockingham. From the start we were impressed with the personal attention we received from Tim Long. We wanted an in-ground fiber glass pool and Tim took us on a tour of the factory in Rockingham and helped us decide on the various options available. When the pool was installed, Tim ensured that factory representatives were present to make sure that the pool was set correctly. Long Pool's staff and subcontractors subsequently did all the finish work including concrete decking, fencing, and a cool-deck top coat on the concrete. The result is truly a beautiful addition to our property and we couldn't be more pleased.
